An old ranch horse living on the desert came up to greet me, expressing a soft nicker. It’s wiry textured mane tangled and scars marked its face. It’s color beneath the dirt crusted fur was a rich delicious chocolate gold. Our eyes met as a deep sense of wisdom filled the air. I could see beauty beyond what appeared in front of me… A grand being disguised as a horse.
